Born and raised in Michigan, I currently call Seattle home. I moved to Seattle in 2009 after graduating from Michigan State University (go green!) to work as a software engineer at a small software company called Microsoft. Over the past 7 years, I’ve developed an ever-growing addiction to travel. Therefore, my husband and I have decided to leave our jobs, sell all our belongings, and travel around Europe and Asia for an extended period of time. Like the responsible adults we are. This blog is my attempt to document our adventures.

Fun facts about me: I have two cats, love penguins, and take way too many pictures of sunsets. The quality of my photography is lacking but I hope the subjects are cool enough to make up for it.
